Refund policy

We offer a 30-Day Return Policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • With all labels intact

Please also provide your order confirmation or receipt.

Return shipping is usually paid by the customer unless otherwise stated by our support team. As we work with external warehouses, the return address may vary. Do not send items back without prior authorisation.

To start a return, contact us at support@nordicstella.com. We will guide you through the process. Returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive the item.


📦 Damaged Or Wrong Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will make things right and cover return shipping in these cases.


🚫 Exclusions

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Hygiene-sensitive items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Want to exchange an item? The quickest way is to return the original item and, once approved, place a new order for the product you want.

If you are located in the EU, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Items must be:

  • In original packaging
  • With proof of purchase

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return, back to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
