1. When will I receive my order?
We work with carefully selected suppliers and delivery times vary depending on the product and warehouse location. Normally, delivery takes between 5–12 working days . You will always receive a tracking number when your order is shipped.
2. How do I know that the products are of high quality?
We only choose products from suppliers that meet our requirements for design, function and quality. NordicStella focuses on trendy products with Nordic elegance – you can shop with confidence.
3. Can I return an item?
Yes! You have 14 days to return your item from the date you received it. Contact us via the Contact Us page to initiate a return. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4. How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders over SEK 499. For smaller orders, a shipping cost will be added, which will be displayed at checkout.
5. How do I contact you?

6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the most common payment methods such as Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Klarna . You simply choose your preferred method at checkout.
7. Do you ship to all of Sweden and the EU?
Yes! NordicStella delivers to all of Sweden and most countries within the EU. Delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on destination.
